Hr Process Improvement Specialist
Current- Partner with the broader HR team and Payroll to provide excellent service to all colleagues.
- Drive continuous process improvement across core HR operations.
- Collaborate with the Head of Reward to deliver and enhance global benefits offerings.
- Support and deliver key HR projects and initiatives, including benefits, reward, DE&I and parental leave/maternity.
- Provide second-level support and handle escalations for HR operations.
