- Acknowledge and clarify business requirement from Stakeholders.- Perform User Research, including: create Task flow/Flowchart, create Research plan, Interview Script, conduct Interviews and gather insights afterwards.- Create hi-fi wireframe and conduct Design review meetings; Update the design accordingly.- Create UI and conduct Design Validation interviews with end users.- Transfer final UI to development team.

Project Domain: Human Resource Management application target for small to medium IT companies in Vietnam. - Working closely with Product Owner to manage roadmap and sprint backlog.- Acknowledging, analyzing requirements (workflow diagram and wireframe included).- Working closely with UI/UX designers to review and finalize designs.- Writing functional specifications document and breakdown ready-to-dev requirements into deliverables.- Being the key point of contact for internal and external communications.- Managing Scrum development team:+ Plan the scope of work, priorities and timeline in a Sprint+ Allocate tasks based on team capacity & complexity of the requirement; Make proper adjustments during Sprint if needed+ Coordinate sprints, daily stand-ups and retrospective meeting + Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration

NOTE: The project was suspended due to disagreements over product direction, which leads to dissolution of the team unexpectedly.Project domain: Education - a platform to present a job seeker’s roadmap: including one's current skill sets, and the middle gap to the next “dream job” by suggesting courses/trainnings to fulfill missing skill sets.- Working closely with Product Owner to acknowledge new requirement; Reviewing UI/UX design; Composing function specification and clarify unclears to provide ready-to-dev requirements;.- Transfering requirement to engineering team; Following up the development progress to meet the expected timeline; Reviewing test cases and Applying smoke test for each deployment;- Managing requirements throughout the product development cycle and Collecting user’s feedbacks to make proper inititiatives.

Project domain: Media and Advertising - a book, bill, pay system for APAC countries.- Working closely with client’s Product owner; Studying the system and Performing impact analysis to define system requirements and how to implement new features for multiple markets.- Creating wireframes; Writing functional specifications and Transfering requirement to development team- Updating requirement and keep team inform upon any change request.
