Co-led a patient satisfaction and meal ordering preferences survey at Mater Private Hospital Redlands and Mater Private Hospital Springfield. Determined the patient satisfaction with the hospital foodservice at two of Mater Group’s private hospitals and compared the results to past audit results. Provided recommendations for future student projects, maintenance of patient satisfaction and feasible suggestions for potential improvements.

The process involves several stages: submitting a proposal and budget for approval, acceptance into the program, doing the research or creative activity during the semesters specified in the proposal, participating in periodic URCA events, preparing a final report in publishable form, and presenting the results at the URCA Symposium.
