Sr. Contracts Administrator
Current- Manage projects; track tasks, budgets, utilization, and funding.
- Process contract modifications and perform contract close-outs.
- Provide reporting to management and clients.
- Executes Subcontracts, Nondisclosure Agreements (NDA’s), Teaming Agreements (TA’s), and Independent Contractor Agreements (ICA’s).
- Prepare and submit proposals according to RFP/RFQ’s, including rate build-ups, cost volume, and narratives.
- Review, approve, and reconcile time and expense submissions in company and prime contractor’s time keeping systems.
