Development Operations Manager
CurrentCoordinate with C&M, Director of Devo, and the Director of Major Gifts, to help create and implement a process to retain loyal and first-time donors into long- term supporters of IHS through stewardship touches (including calls, personalized thank yous, mass mailing stewardship pieces, and online touches). Key performance metrics include increasing retention rates and giving levels. - Manage new donor experience for stewardship purposes to convert to HF- Work with the Donor Relations team and manage donor thank-you processes- Maintains Vendor Relationship with Sisk, oversees all inventory for Sisk, responsible for weekly Thank You Report for unassigned donors.Project manages Direct Mail, cultivates Vendor relationships, and collaborates with Marketing to propose new ideas and report on past performance.- Assist in the execution of our direct mail program by maintaining the housefile and list exchange processes as well as providing reports to evaluate the program.- Sets up campaigns for tracking for both HF and Prospect.Support the Major Gifts team and other cross-collaborative partners by managing and creating necessary donor reporting for current projects and team focuses.Work with the CRM and Development teams to integrate with existing technology systems and ensure donor data integrity and accuracy.Oversee the caging process to ensure proper tracking and documentation and track various restricted and designated gifts to ensure compliance.- Oversees Caging Training and Salesforce Campaigns used for Caging.- Responsible for Fundraise Up Training, LB Training, Etc.Identify new opportunities to provide support to our development capability.
