I applied Markov models and Software Reliability Engineering (SRE) techniques to determine system reliability.In addition, I prepared and taught customers and co-workers on various technical subjects in classes lasting two or three weeks. The topics included proprietary products and software tools, emerging technologies, and productivity skills.
