🧮 Mortgage Calculator (SEO contribution):I focused on optimizing a mortgage calculator's visibility. I identified on-page SEO opportunities, improved our search ranking from 35th to the top 5 positions. Additionally, I spearheaded the redesign, enhancing both functionality and user experience. This dual approach led to significant online visibility growth.💰 Initiative Leader for Investors research (SEO contribution):I leaded a research focus on real estate investors. The result was a product pretending to make the investors take a faster decision base on invest metrics as ROI, Occupancy rate and Capital gain.Also collaborated closely with the Tl, we managed dependencies, mitigated risks, set delivery deadlines and define the project's architecture. One of the most important thing that I did after research, was give a wiki to all team to familiarize with investor's language and improve understanding about invest metric's calcs, with that I improve the speed of understanding of team about the initiative.📄 Customer documents manager (Checkout contribution): I took this initiative using as base the existing documents' manager with a research of usability pain points previously identified. I redesigned the experience having two critical points on mind, time to delivery and time to development. The significant thing with this contribution, was start to created a project from zero included the environment configuration. Currently the customer documents manager is using in all active projects and helps user upload documents to legalize the sale.
