- Oversee product team- Responsible for building and growing Product team in Beijing and Zhengzhou, recuiting product managers, BAs, UI/UE designers and front-end developers.- Lead Intelligent application of customer service system- Design Architect of I1 Customer Service Platform.- Part of the leadership in the design of A3 Data Analysis System.- Lead the product design work of the joint CRM, data analysis & visualisation and APP projects for clients.

- Lead the re-design of company website.- Work closly with engineer team to design the T-300 brain scan system.

- CRM system iteratively design from V1.5 to V4.0，including information architecture, business flow, prototype, etc. - APP application design from V1.5 to V3.X - WeChat applet design； - Customer behavior data analysis. - Collecting and analyzing system requirements； - New staff training.

- Lead to built data center, and the re-design of CRM system- Conduct intensive research to cover customer buying motivation and expectations.- Assist brand sponsorship campaigns, e.g.: FINA International Diving Championships (Beijing, Shanghai), International Shooting Championships (Beijing).- Lead marketing promotion programs for online store, develop the online channel sale strategy. - Lead and Develop online distributor program (based on Taobao, JD and direct sale platform), managerial regulation, and assist distributors' daily sale.

Responsibilities: 1. Customer and E-commerce operation ➢ Develop and implement customer royalty program for more than 6 million fund holders (integrate e-commerce and sale channels); ➢ Develop and implement online and offline customer retention strategy, enhance customer activity; ➢ Partner with data analyst to manage all phases of customer research, design and implement marketing campaigns based on the analysis; ➢ Develop customer education campaigns through E-mail, SMS and online/offline platforms, enhance brand trust and customer retention rate; ➢ Develop and implement marketing campaigns in conjunction with internal marketing team to drive VIP customer retention; 2. Call Center management ➢ Lead and develop 400 call center, daily customer service operation and marketing campaigns; ➢ Call center team recruitment, new staff training and motivation. ➢ Develop and implement customer service regulation, service standard and business process, revamp and improve internal rules and procedures; ➢ Participate with internal and external stakeholders in the development of a roadmap for IT system integration (Call center, CRM, direct sale and customer database).
