I started my career path as a telesale in a Math center for children, and became a telesale team leader a few months after. There were a lot of difficulties, but it was said every challenge is an opportunity. Hence, my management skills were built up from here. One year later, I applied to TOPICA Edtech Group – No.1 Edutech Platform in Vietnam, and was offered the position of Telesales Leader. The time in TOPICA taught me not only vital management skills such as team operation and employee motivation, but also crucial soft skills like systems thinking in analyzing and solving problems. The knowledge and experience I gained have helped me optimize the sales department at Early Start and reached the goal of increasing the conversion rate by 10%, thereby increasing the company's revenue by 10% after 6 months.In 2020, when my company scaled the market to other countries, I got the opportunity to approach new markets with new insights of customers and took the challenge of building a business system from zero. Up to now, I have had 6 years of management experience, from a team of 5-7 people up to more than 100 people in many different fields of expertise.
