I have experience of working with administration department of Myitkyina University in Kachin state and Dagon University in Yangon division for 9 years. I am serving Save the Children international Organization in Myanmar as an Education Program Coordinator. I facilitate several aspects of the education program, developing relevant parent education modules, and monitoring strategic Save the Children education program and trainings. Currently, I am participating at the Hubert H. Humphrey program at the Vanderbilt University, Nashville, TN as a Humphrey Fellow and this will help me to strengthen my capacity in the areas of educational policy development, early childhood curriculum, and cross-cultural learning. I hope that my study in the U.S will help build partnerships between Myanmar’s government and Civil Society Organizations to create high-quality early childhood interventions upon my return.
