Senior Architectural Designer
CurrentWorking closely with Office Director as project architect and core designer.Guiding team members in full project design process to achieve high quality work , managing project schedule and also coordinating with LDI or report to government. Theses understanding of full design scope is very important experience which broader views in both design and consultant aspects.Taking concept designs to SD\DD\FDD basically main responsibility as project architect, help director organize team work , producing drawings and looking into statutory issues. Coordination works also an important part of duty, with client, LDI , reports to government department like shanghai Metro, traffic and fire-fight, etc. While in competitions, besides similar involvement in organization of presentation package , helping on statutory input; sketching \MLP and building layout\ façade design, etc basically main responsibility.
