Design work involves low impedance transistor matching networks with the use of low loss integrated passives, wire bonds, MOSCAPs, and packaging interfaces.• Research assistant with experience in RF filter design, low noise amplifier (LNA) and power amplifier design, active integrated antenna design, high frequency (GHz to THz) characterization of novel materials• Intern with experience in Doherty power amplifier modeling, and CW and WCDMA simulation of the developed Doherty power amplifier modelSpecialties: • S-parameter measurement, VNA calibration, on-wafer measurement, power measurement with spectrum analyzer and power meter, antenna measurement• EM simulation with Agilent ADS momentum, Ansoft HFSS, sonnet and CST, analog circuit simulation with Agilent ADS and PSPICE, Matlab programming, PCB fabrication with photolithography and electron beam lithography
