Lead electronic payment/tax integrations and responsibilities include:- Define customer flows for electronic payments using credit cards, Paypal, and other alternative payments- Drive user experience design for web store, mobile store, and game in-app-purchases.- Assess 10+ payment aggregators and drive contract signing process.- End to end technical integration with Paypal, Braintree, Adyen, Alipay, UnionPay, etc.- Lead the tax vendor selection and tax engine integration with Sabrix (Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE).Serve as the primary resource covering both user identity and card-not-present fraud/risk management, responsibilities include- Fraud control Point-of-contact (POC) for all clients (Facebook, Unity, etc.)- Own all components of fraud management in the product, including engineering integration, analytics and fraud rule configurations, and chargeback (CB) operations.- Lead the vendor selection process, assessing multiple external fraud risk management suites and driving business contracting process.- Analyze fraud risk for all online new product offerings and provide guidance in fraud control strategy.Fill in any other gap that may arise in a startup environment, including but not limited to- Manage engineering resources for different clients’ projects- Closely work with clients’ corporate accounting/legal/security/tax/etc. teams to resolve various compliance issues - Build marketing materials and technical documentations for current and potential customers
