- Rotate and adapt into the settings and operations of different F&B outlets(All day dining, Italian cuisine, IRD and steak house) and follow the hotel standards and guidelines. - Capable to perform multiple roles and at different sections within the outlet. - Improve the knowledge of F&B and skills of service. - Enhance the communication skills to help the engagement with guests and cooperation with colleagues. - Attend the multiple trainings assigned by the hotel. - Get in touch with light bartending, coffee and wine knowledge. - Chinese translation for some documents and speakers to specific guests.

Deliver professional banquet service for the guests. Delegate tasks to all the part-time staffs to work as a team. Prepare the things for all kinds of meetings according to BEO.
