Gained professional experiences into health policy and health system, data processing skills by SPSS, EPIDATA, et al.• Planned the research on Public hospital reform, health system. • Conducted site investigations, in-depth interviews with doctors, hospital administrators and officials, conducted data analysis and provided solutions for government and private sectors. Organized seminars to provide an exchange platform for government officials, experts and pharmaceutical companies. • Provided consulting service and technical support for health decision making for central and local governments; contributed to “The National Planning Guideline for the Healthcare Service System (2015–2020)” (issued by the central government as a guideline for the whole country)

Gained in depth knowledge about epidemiology of chronic diseases and Clinical Research Management• Planned the research project of a nationwide study involving about 20,000 patients from 200 hospitals, and 400 investigators• Coordinated with pharmaceutical companies, recruited and managed the investigators, and set up standard operating procedures.• Contributed to an epidemiology study of non-communicable diseases and the official guide for standard diabetes treatment

• Gained hospital operation inside by rotation to different departments, including surgery, medicine, gynecology, pediatrics, emergency, etc.• Performed operations, revised prescriptions, and examined patients.
