I’ve been working in the technology field for over 13 years, engaging in digital projects and collaborating with software teams. I am motivated by the challenge of learning and developing myself, as well as solving problems through technology and contributing to making a positive difference in the environments I join.I have more than 4 years of experience as a web developer, with a greater focus on Front-end development. I have also taken on leadership roles both in-person and remotely, including coordinating development teams, managing international projects, and more recently working in operational management in technology units. Most of the time, I’ve worked with people geographically distributed around the world, which has taught me to adapt to different cultures and work efficiently across various time zones.This experience has exposed me to many challenges that have been fundamental in shaping me into a well-rounded professional, combining technical skills, behavioral skills, and strong interpersonal, management, and leadership abilities.Currently, I’m challenging myself to make a much-desired return to web development.
