a. Recruitment:  Lead Recruitment team for the whole recruitment process including Permanent & Project staff ( both work in Vietnam & overseas) Give advice to managers during the recruitment process to ensure the best fit.  Be responsible for the full utilization of the social media recruitment channels to develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need  Research and recommend new sources for both active and passive candidates  Coordinate and implement university recruiting initiatives; develop working relationships within universities to aid in recruiting  Follow up with the processing of required documents for work permit of all foreign staffs until the staffs successfully onboard  Ensure required weekly, monthly, annual recruitment reports: recruitment status, cost etc. b. Compensation & Benefits: Lead C&B Team, including below tasks: Social, Health and Unemployment insurances for employees and expatriates every month Contact and communicate with social and health offices and labor authorities for matters relating to social, medical care, social insurance book and health insurance card for employees  Prepare and complete the monthly reports to Insurance, Tax and Labor departments  Complete and close the transferring procedure of social insurance book for leaving staffs c. PR & Event Teamd. ER activities

Admin- Organize company events: YEP, health check, outing, birthday, events for new products.- Discuss with suppliers for purchasing:Find& negotiate fees for services; and manage service contracts.HR Executive- Directly Work with States Agencies: Change representative office license; Register Tax code & Product promotion program- Be charged of recruitment process- Register PIT, tax code- Check monthly timesheet, OT- Handle all extra insurance for staffs- Calculate incentive for sales.Accounting Assistant- Control all monthly expenses in office- Be responsible for managing petty cash, balance of payments- Proceed all purchasing documents sending for Accounting
