Confectionery Business Development Manager

Working with Sales, Marketing and Licensing teams to build robust Christmas and Easter confectionery ranges.Constant market analysis to identify new seasonal and everyday confectionery opportunities throughout Europe.Create and present a considered range of new product concepts to the Board of Directors for approval.Source, cost and engineer new products to meet market and consumer needs, balancing business expectations and product aesthetics without compromise.Develop cost effective and innovative packaging solutions. Attend trade shows in Europe and Asia to track trends, find new products and new suppliers.Manage some new product development from concept to launch.Working with the Sales and Licensing teams to create products that meet both retailer and licensor conditions and high expectations. Manage development timing in line with seasonal product launches.Developing and nurturing trading relationships with European and China manufacturing partners.
