After many years of research and trial & error PortaMist was established and eversince the product range just expanded. PortaMist was officially registered In 2018 and have a patent on the Portable System. We now various different option such as fully portable misting systems Ideal for gazebo's and Camping, Permanent and Portable Misting Fans, Compact systems for Golf carts and Boats, Permanent misting systems for homes and restaurants and even Industrial cooling. Unfortunately this business is season related but we are looking to expand into various other countries soon to keep production going throughout the entire year.

L-Tech Marine was originally established in Jeffreysbay in the Eastern cape with the "Onsite service" as our main offer which set us appart from the other Marine companies in the market. Eventhough we offered a onsite service, we had 2x premises in Jeffreysbay Industrial area.After being active for less than one year a irresistible offer crossed my path and I made the decision to accept the offer and L-Tech Marine was put on the shelve for time being.After relocating to Gauteng and being active in the new Industry for about 1 year, L-Tech Marine became active again due to the demand for professional Onsite services for Boats, Bikes and Jetski's in Gauteng area. Eversince L-Tech Marine has been servicing the recreational industry in Gauteng and is still going strong. We were fortunate to be part of the Jacaranda FM Boat project with Martin Bester. Unfortunately due to the Lockdown the project was put on hold till further notice.

After being a technician for many years this opportunity was a new challenge for me. I had to start from scratch to learn this industry and the best way was to start working on the trucks to experience the jobs hands-on. Shortly thereafter my responsibility was to market our services in order to expand our client base. The opportunity to be a Branch manager was on the cards and I was up for the next challenge. Unfortunately due to confidential reasons I decided to end my services at Samson Rigging after 4 years.
