The construction period from 2015 to 2018Assistant Resident Engineer in performing the contractual duties on site:Scheduled the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines; liaised with the Employer, Engineer and Sub-contractors; determined labor requirements and dispatch workers to construction sites; inspected and reviewed projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations; interpreted and explained plans and contract terms to administrative staff, workers, and clients, representing the owner or developer; prepared contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors; obtained all necessary permits and licenses. In additional, cooperation with highway Engineer to review and approve shop drawing, method statement documents for vary technical as soft soil treatment by PVD, compacted sand pile, deep mixed method (soil cement column), Variation order technical documents and as built drawing also. Coordinate with Quantity Surveyor to review and approve IPCs.
