I am responsible for managing the MRO/Facilities portfolio of the 12 units of the Poliedro Group, working directly on the purchase of direct and indirect materials. Regarding construction and renovations, I perform cost analysis, contracting and approval of new and strategic suppliers, in addition to drafting contracts for the provision of services and labor (M.O.). I use KPIs based on Strategic Sourcing, focusing on savings, cost avoidance and processing of purchase requisitions (RCs) through quotations, BID and preparation of purchase orders. I am also responsible for generating performance reports and all activities inherent to the purchasing area. I use the SAP B1 ERP system and the Nimbi platform to optimize processes, in addition to performing parallel controls of indicators through Excel spreadsheets.
