- Supervising boarding students after school at the following designated spots and activities: Atrium, Offices, Study Hall, Curfew, Extra Curricular Activities. - Taking students on weekends to activities offered off campus.- Solving and supporting any necessary situation and emergencies that may happen after school and weekends.- Striving to maintain good relationships with students, demonstrating active listening and empathy, and providing support during stressful times.- Engage in scheduling activities and facilitating life skills workshops to improve students' mental health literacy and help them maintain healthy lifestyle habits.- Work collaboratively with counselors and guidance staff through ongoing communications, supporting endangered students.

- Provide general daily administrative support to the boarding administration team (including calendar management, typing, copying, emails, calls, couriers, etc.)- Support the registration department in creating and managing new folders and labels.- Organize the office, employee mailboxes, office storage and office decor.- Provide students with room keys and fobs to access the school.- Schedule the on-call team of advisors.- Assist in updating Sharepoint, the bulletin board and corridor signage.- Organize receipts and shipping expenses.- Wake students up every morning and make sure they get to school on time.- Monitor students during breakfast and lunch.- Assist students who are in quarantine.
