Data analysis as well as the design of experiments (DoE) by tools like MiniTab and RStudio. The general objective of this work is to synthesize and characterize different luminescent carbon dots (CD) using precursors from chemical, renewable, and biomass sources and to evaluate their interaction with biological and aquatic environments.- Initial management of optimal parameter definitions and treatment of experimental data via statistical analysis.- Characterization and understanding of the optical properties of PCs with higher photoluminescence quantum yields.- Evaluation of the toxicity of CDs in-vitro and in-vivo in cells in a mammalian model, as well as verification of the ecotoxicity of CDs in the early development of zebrafish through FET.- Planning and delivery of studies with the research group, as well as a review of study plans, literature, and report writing.
