• Responsible to lead a Lean Culture through 2 Second Lean concepts at OCTG’s areas (in progress): Define and lead with managers the Continuous Improvement Strategy for the area. Main initiatives applied were: the Lean Coffee (Learning club) in orther to align the leadership into continuous improvement strategy; Kaizen Social Media, sharing the daily improvements applyied; 3S daily routine and stablish small target conditions to challenge the team; Jishuken week: a week of practical training to develop them into seeing wastes.• Green belt project (in progress): developing a project to reduce the rejection index due to chattered thread in a lathe.• Lean Six Sigma Coach: responsible to coach teams in methodologies that are performing Lean Six Sigma projects.• Hoshin Kanri conduction: responsible to guide the Hoshin Kanri methodology in order to guide a strategy definition, unfoldment into KPIs for each level of management and coach the team to perform the priorities defined.• Industrial Excellence Maturity Assessment: conduct the team into Vallourec Management System implementation.• Management Structure development: develop and coach the team into daily solving problem methodologies. Hold teammates accountable for results achievement and sustainability.• Conduct Lean Concept Trainings: Train the team into Vallourec Management System (VMS) Lean Methodologies, such as VMS 5 days training, CIT methodologies, A3 thnking, Toyota Kata (target conditions), 2 Second Lean approach, and others.
