What I did:- Worked on the basic and detailed project documents of Chemical Process team, such as Process flowcharts (P&IDs) and instrument datasheet.- Lead small team with 3 interns to migrate chemical process flowcharts (P&IDs) from paper to digital database. I was the person responsible to communicate with management people. I am very proud of myself to be the most skilled intern and to be chosen to lead this group.How I did:- I studied the existing chemical process, I calculated the project changes of equipment and instruments and I registered it on P&IDs and datasheet.- I organized meetings with the interns to give them work instructions, to discuss the difficulties they had and to list the software problems. I brought these information to the project leaders and the client to define th next activities.What I learned:- How to work with people of different fields, such as mechanical and electrical technicians and engineers. I also learned how to work with industrial process documents.- How to communicate with people of different level of qualification, from undergraduate interns to project leaders and clients.

I worked as an intern researcher in the project: Biodiesel production via heterogenous catalysis via the ethylic routeWhat I did:I synthesize heterogenous catalysts, I performed reactions to produce biodiesel, I analyzied lab data.Achievements:I learned how to deal with highly skilled people (PhD, Professors) in the research field. In addition, I did oral and poster presentation in conferences.
