As a business developer and product manager for our platform for small business, I was responsible for sales strategy, partnerships strategy and go-to-market, prospect and develop relationship with key clients and partners, identify new opportunities/features for our product team, helped develop new marketing campaigns and worked together with our Customer Success team to better understand and retain our client base.

TOTVS Trainee Program is a leadership development program divided into two phases: a Job Rotation and a subsequent individual project. During the Job Rotation all trainees got a day-to-day knowledge of how all areas work. Also, we received a variety of trainings, from Change Management to Design Thinking.For the individual project phase, I was allocated on our Small Business product in charge of changing our monolith architecture to a microservices one.
