I currently work as a Senior Software Engineer at Afya, contributing to the Payment Layer project. This initiative involves a payment layer connected to external gateways (Pagarme and Rede), responsible for processing all financial transactions across the company's 12 Business Units (BUs). The Payment Layer consists of 4 microservices - recurrence, card, notification, and gateway - each with its specific responsibility, leveraging Golang as the primary technology, Postgres as the database, and Kafka and SQS for messaging. Additionally, we conduct unit and integration tests to ensure system robustness.I played a pivotal role in developing integrations with LinkAPI, including one for sending all payment transactions to TOTVS RM. Our frontend system, built using React with Next.js, empowers clients to visualize their financial transactions and manage payments seamlessly, including transaction cancellations, approvals, refunds, subscription management, service reactivation, among other functionalities.

As a former Fullstack Developer at Opencashback, I was responsible for maintaining and updating the company's main products. My key tasks included developing and managing an admin panel for contractors to handle cashback for end customers. I also contributed to creating and maintaining Opencashback's app on the VTEX partner ecommerce platform. Additionally, I focused on developing microservices using Ruby and NestJS, as well as integrating our systems with partners such as VTEX, Linx Commerce, and LinxPOS.
