I currently work at Vivo Telefônica, in the area of ​Engineering and B2B Customer Services, working as a Jr. Customer Service Analyst with a focus on project management. My activities include managing processes, updating schedules and databases, as well as creating reports and indicators aimed at optimizing and improving networks. I have solid knowledge in the area of ​computer networks, with an emphasis on infrastructure and fiber optic technology.I am a student in the 8th semester of the Information Systems course at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie. During my undergraduate studies, I participated in academic projects and developed work that gave me practical experience in software development and data analysis.In the development area, I have knowledge in Python, Java and JavaScript, applying these languages ​to automation and network solutions. In the data area, I have experience with SQL, working with databases such as Oracle and MongoDB.Furthermore, I continually invest in my professional development through courses and certifications, including topics such as agile methodologies, project management and data analysis.
