I have seven years experience as an analytical chemist, as well as many more years, first as a laboratory technician and then as the laboratory manager for a multi doctor veterinary hospital. My educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in both biochemistry and agriculture. I have a strong working knowledge of cGLP, cGMP, and other FDA regulations. In addition, I have written and successfully implemented SOPs as well as work instructions covering a wide variety of laboratory procedures and instrumentation. These experiences along with a variety of other work and life experiences have given me a truly unique set of skills.Specialties: Comprehensive background in analytical techniques such as GC, HPLC, AA, UV/VIS, pH, IR, headspace, Karl Fischer, dissolution, water content, viscosity and titration. Experience conducting laboratory investigations, determining corrective and preventative actions, preparation of change control documentation. Experience training both wet and analytical chemistry techniques using cGMP, GLP and other regulatory guidelines.
