Book / Fund Loans• Responsible for document preparation, verifying packages, booking, and funding loans.• Pend files with exceptions/errors. Review document accuracy and verify supporting documentation (such as titles or insurance) are included. Adhere to all states titling requirement before booking and funding loan to ensure liens can be placed on vehicle. • Process checks for tax/title fees. Also, assess fees when checks not included nor financed in loan.• Ensure consignment items are under dual control • Verify payoffs are valid, generate payoff checks, and overnight to lenders. • Meet production and quality standards on a daily/monthly basis• Ensure documents are imaged/scanned and adhere to documentation retention schedule • Work closely with Closing, Reconciliation, Resolution, and Titling departmentClosing Loans• Contact consumers to improve the closing rate on approved loan applications by making outbound calls & taking inbound calls• Ensure approved amount, APR, term, payment, estimated state fees, funding conditions & closing instructions are communicated verbally with bankers & consumers• Support Underwriting by clearing situations on loans (such as verification of address, verification of Green Card, or proof of legal name)• Exceed personal/team goals by closing loans, such as Dealer purchases and refinances• Meet quality assurance expectations, comply with Chase’s policies & procedures, and all government lending regulations

• Meeting personal/team quotas by closing loans, including purchases and refinances. • Maintained the highest standard of customer service, while ensuring compliance to Citi’s policies and procedures, as well as RESPA regulations. • Responsible for validating that closing conditions have been met and verifying supporting documentation is collected/available prior to signing. • Inputting accurate loan information into the system to insure loan documents are prepared with proper escrow information and fees.• Work directly with vendors to follow up on the final HUD and ensure funds are requested/submitted in a timely manner.• Work with the clients to ensure they are aware of closing conditions, such as any cash to close, or special documentation required.• Responsible for communication between both venders and clients to avoid any delays or issues with the closing.
