As a visionary executive and catalyst for gender equity in corporate leadership, I leverage my background in venture capital and engineering to champion the advancement of women into executive and board positions. My professional journey is marked by a series of strategic roles, culminating in the establishment of CEOX—a platform dedicated to propelling high-caliber women into CEO and board roles, addressing the stark leadership disparities I observed within growing startups.At the helm of CEOX, my influence extends to national stages where I speak at industry conferences, events, and professional forums. Drawing upon my multifaceted expertise as an entrepreneur, engineer, and fervent advocate, I resonate with diverse audiences, fostering inclusive dialogues and imparting actionable strategies to dismantle systemic bias.My engineering tenure was primarily spent spearheading initiatives at a burgeoning aircraft startup, Columbia Aircraft—later acquired by Cessna. My tenacity and adeptness in navigating complex regulatory landscapes earned me the role of Designated Engineering Representative, where I ensured our compliance with FAA standards.Transitioning from the high-octane demands of aerospace, I ventured into consulting, eventually joining an emergent venture fund as a Partner. Here, I worked on deal flow, due diligence, financial oversight, and talent acquisition. In parallel with my work endeavors, I co-founded the Women in STEAM initiative, fostering a nurturing ecosystem for women in science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics through mentorship and advocacy programs, including the inception of CEOX.My commitment to societal transformation is further exemplified by my role as a founding board member of the Strengthening Central Oregon Political Action Committee (SCOPAC). My strategic contributions have been pivotal in diversifying local political representation—evidenced by the successful election of five out of six candidates we endorsed in the 2020 election.A leader by nature and an influencer by purpose, I continue to drive meaningful change, championing the recognition and appointment of women to leadership positions that shape the future of business and innovation.
