My background includes serving as a Customer Service, Secretarial and Sales within a call-center, retail, financial, tourism and field environments. In my current role, I serve as a Freight Broker Agent at King Cole Express and Dispatcher for 23 Seven Freight LLC.Previously, I worked within a volume customer support call center for a major online gaming company as a Member Support Representative. Here I demonstrated the ability to resolve a variety of issues and complaints (such as billing, pay out discrepancies, deposits, withdrawals, service interruptions or cutoffs, repair technician delays etc). I consistently met my call-volume goals, handling an average of 60 + calls per day. I have gained a lot of experience in Sales, that were motivated by commissions in Real Estate, and the Member Support Representative positions. I also bring to the table strong computer proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and CRM database applications and a year of college (business major). Another skill that I have attained naturally is my ability to listen and pay attention to detail. With my past experiences and my eagerness to learn more, I need to be in a career that promotes growth/career advancement.
