-Responsible for the supply chain project for Latin America. -Carrying out all Supply Chain activities, defining and ensuring the implementation of an effective and efficient regional supply chain. -Definition of standards and strategies in accordance with Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) protocols. -Responsible for optimizing processes, aligning information systems and applying regulatory guidelines and legislation relating to import and export, Procurement, storage and distribution of medical and non-medical goods. -Responsible for regional supply chain and procurement processes and network capacity to strengthen support for MSF global operations and the MSF movement.-Implementation of strategies for the team, aiming to import into new markets not yet explored by the organization such as: Panama, Brazil and Colombia.-Responsible for reducing costs, optimizing and restructuring the team, through evaluating activities and innovative proposals within the organization.-Use of the Agile methodology in emergency projects, in different regions in Latin America.-Development of a new national supply team (Brazil) to support operations in the country, carrying out market analysis, supplier validation and stock positioning, ensuring the quality of medical items, as well as all control of the Cold Chain.

Latin America

- Identification of purchasing opportunities, supplier development, storage and distribution according to the receiving region.-Responsible for negotiating with official bodies, such as: Ministry of Health/Anvisa together with the medical team to release the import of unregistered items, however in the Brazilian market.-Responsible for the development and implementation of regional Procurement for regional purchases.-Develop procurement process techniques, providing technical advice and training on the procurement process and good practices to the local team in the missions and in the Partners Section, creating and animating a community of practice in the Region.- Responsible for leading a COVID Task force with all teams in the Americas, during the pandemic period, consolidating market intelligence from different teams and countries.- Responsible for starting the project to carry out consolidated purchases (never done before in the region), guaranteeing the non-stocking of items (which at the time was a priority) as well as greater purchasing power, thus obtaining better negotiations.- Responsible for large regional negotiations with large pharmaceutical companies, obtaining very large savings for the operation.- Development of Intersectional training (between different MSF entities) for Procurement, carrying out training for more than 50 people from different countries such as Brazil, Panama, Colombia and Bolivia.

Windhoek - Namibia

-Responsible for attracting, developing new customers, sales, direct communication, marketing and communication with customers being travel agencies in different countries (Australia, New Zealand, Italy, Czech Republic and Latin America). - Opening new regions in the company's customer portfolio, obtaining new customers from the Brazilian market and the Czech Republic. - Development of the company's 50th anniversary 7-day event, negotiating with suppliers to provide stays, tours, meals, activities and events.

Windhoek - Namibia

-Responsible for opening a new office for the company Transitex, in Namibia.-Responsible for the commercial area, attracting new customers and all operations in Namibia, making contacts with Stakeholders, drafting new contracts, tax/legal solutions, new suppliers, international multimodal freight, customs clearance and negotiations with customers.-Carrying out a regulatory study for import and export in the country, defining partner companies and new contracts.

Dnepro - Ukraine

-Supervision of the supply department, of the Ukraine mission, including the Supply, purchasing, warehouse, transportation team.-Responsible for importing medicines and non-medical items.-Participation as Project Manager in moving all stock and warehouse in Dnepr (eastern region of Ukraine) to the capital Kiev, completing all stages described in the schedule.

Harare - Zimbabwe

-Supervision of the supply department, coordination of Zimbabwe projects, including the Supply team, purchasing, warehouse, transportation.-Responsible for the Supply Chain, transport and customs clearance in Zimbabwe.-Responsible for a purchasing project, for specific categories of medical and non-medical items, finding new suppliers inside and outside the country for the categories defined according to the criteria.

-Management of the entire process of three customer operations, where repairs were made in Finland and sent back to Brazil and returns, commissioning, direct sales, import and export, using the SAP system.-Responsible for warehouse operation, DHL KPIs and customer KPIs, customer relationships, monitoring, budgetary, financial, inventory and transportation closure.-Responsible for 100% of the score with zero losses and 100% accuracy.
