• Manage the assigned WASH (Water and Sanitation Hygiene) Project to meet the project objectives within budget and within the allotted time frame.• Provide strong leadership of the assigned WASH project(s), working to ensure both short and long-term positive impacts and outcomes for the beneficiaries, local authorities (where applicable) and local WASH staff.• Develop and implement an appropriate and effective WASH strategy in consultation with other WASH staff and field managers.• Set clear objectives and indicators for WASH activities in collaboration with the WASH staff, field managers and, where appropriate, with the local communities.• Continuously monitor and supervise WASH activities, overseeing the technical design, execution and evaluation of progress through outputs and impacts using both quantitative and qualitative data.• Provide input into the integration of beneficiary participation and accountability in all aspects of the project.• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of activities according to Medair, donor and other timeframes and formats.• Develop new proposals, linked to the country strategy, in conjunction with the relevant field managers.

• Partake in the identification of new areas for (IDPs) camps and evaluate the project’s needs. • Partake in the design and gauging of financial, human and logistical programs. • Produce technical documents needed to execute the projects such as (BoQs, Scope of work, structural drawing) for submersible pumps, emergency latrines, health facilities rehabilitation/construction, etc. • Partake in the recruitment of national WASH contractors. • Meeting with local authorities /partners and other stakeholders • Write & Partake in drafting of reports and schedules/appendices related to the activities/projects.

• Design and prepare Community Led Total Sanitation activities (CLTS) in rural areas in Yemen.• Provides support on implementation, monitoring and evaluation of CLTS related activities. • Analyze and evaluates data to ensure achievement of objectives/indicators or take corrective action where necessary to meet project objectives.• Lead and supervise the team of CLTS and provides leadership and technical support as needed. • Coordinate work assigned by the direct manager.

• Modeling, Analysis, and Design for Al Jawhara City Mall located in Hadhramoot, Yemen using Autodesk Revit and Robot structural programs.• Collaborate with other structural designers in the company using Autodesk BIM 360 program and ensure for all project aspects.
