As EMDM, - developed new sales projects in specific sectors like Marine in Italy, where a new distribution and Repair Centers Network was created between 2004 and 2007, increasing the Total annual sales 400%.- European Project with "european social funds" in Slovakia:Training Course for students on AOEM car surface treatments from "Body in White" to Final Finish in "Paint Shop". As Sales Manager:- To establish Sales Plan, management of 15 agents team in common with the Abrasive Dept. of 3MItaly and the direct collaboration of 2 Application Engineers, 1 Automotive Aftermarket Sales Manager with 5 Agents.RESULTS:Opened new - Industrial market - Distributors and Repair Centers.Total Italian Sales Turnover increased more than 100%.In ex-Yugoslavia, open new disrbutors with repair centers, increasing Total Turnover up to 500% in 3 years.

To introduce and to sell as Key Account, all 3M consumables ( abrasives, masking tapes, ect. ) at Fiat Auto Group and its Tier I with 1 Engineer in the South Area.To develope Sales Plans, implementing new systems introduction.RESULT: "double digit" growth each year.Innovative Projects on Car Acoustical Insulation, made together with C.R.F. ( Fiat Research Center ). These projects generated new businesses for 3M in production applications for A.R.156, to reduce noise level inside the vehicle. The sales results were hundreds thousands Euro per year shared in different applications in the car interiors.I have been active member for more than 10 years of the "AOEM Mktg European Team", in charge of analysing, defining, implementing and controlling new 3M sales strategies and action plans for the European AOEM, all over the globe.
