Firstly, my main passion of being a full time artist, which I have been for a huge part of my life. Having worked full time for financial reasons, in November of 2010, I had enough financial backing to take 18 months out to concentrate on building a product portfolio.I also set other mid-term goals of web development including social media and personal promotion though advertising and leaflet distribution. I also attended other events including the Midland Game Fair, Crufts 2011 and 2012. I was also successful in gaining a stand at the prestigious Animal Art Fair 2012 at London’s South Bank and was selected for the David Shepherd Wildlife Artist of the Year Exhibition 2012 at The Mall Galleries in London. I have also exhibited locally at the Doncaster Museum and Art Gallery in their annual Ledger Exhibition. I have organised a stand at the CLA game fair for 2012 in the artists section which has been promoted through the CLA magazine, who wrote an editorial about my work in the June edition, which has also been printed in the Doncaster Free Press and the Yorkshire Post. This is the pinnacle of my 3 year goal, and I will be having special promotions to celebrate.This has been a huge learning curve, from web building and social media to leaflet design and development. I have personally organised everything to do with the exhibitions including stand design and promotion to logistics and insurance etc. I have organised the development of the product including packaging and promotions material, to pricing structure and trade accounts with galleries.My latest sculpture commission was a bronze portrait of Her Majesty The Queens personal horse to celebrate her 90th birthday.I have also completed the tree of hands in the Covid remebrance rainbow garden at Doncaster Royal Infirmary and gave an interview on ITV news.I have also been in the KBB industry for some time and I love it!!I started by default when Royal Doulton were struggling and I needed a part time job. I went for a little job at B&Q and they asked me to design kitchens bedrooms and bathrooms and I loved it. I have been head hunted a few times, so I have designed for some lovely kitchen companies. Ive probably designed more kitchens, bedroom and bathrooms than I have sculptures now, but I still consider myself to be an artist. I am currently working as the showroom manager for Tom Howley in Altrincham. Specialties: Specializes in equestrian and wildlife sculpture
