Procurements CoordinatorIntegrated Standard Solutions Jul 2012 - Dec 2012Amman- Recieve purchase orders from customers from sales department, check the availability of required items in stock, and then specify what and how much to order.- Look for 3 price offers as a minimum and choose the best one after negotiating to take the lowest price and best delivery time.- Follow up with suppliers to insure on-time delivery.- Follow up with storekeeper and logistics daily to update the status of current orders.- Coordinate daily with Procurements manager to check the stock and insure we have the minmum quantity of each item (the safety stock), this is done by forecasting methods. and then place orders for needed items.- Evaluate suppliers periodically and discuss the results with them, and then, update the list of approved suppliers.- Review pending orders quartely and follow up with suppliers to finish invoicing. -
