On a personal note, my book "Beyond Potential: The Complete Wellbeing Guide to Boost Performance and Success at Work" recently outdid even my own expectations by becoming No 1 Bestseller in the US in the Self-Help category; the book helps you to raise awareness and find a clear path to meaningful success. I'm also chuffed that HigherWill is a finalist in the Kensington, Chelsea & Westminster Chamber of Commerce Business Awards this year.HigherWill was borne out of a long-standing desire and commitment to connect more deeply to my inner self, and to help others. As a mathematician and former investment banker, I loved what I was doing but I realised that I wasn't able to quell the drive that keeps us searching for "more". This started a 25 year journey of healing and growth, where I was immersed in age-old practices and current methods to forge that connection.
