I have been in the office rental business for about 26 years. I bought the first office building in 1991 and we have been operating it as a business center since 1995. Since then, several similar buildings have been added to my portfolio, but from the beginning I did something that no one else wanted to do at the time – renting individual offices and small units.What is the most important thing?
