Air Navigation Services of the Czech Republic (ANS CR) provides air navigation services for the airspace of the Czech Republic and at four airports including the Vaclav Havel Airport Prague. Responsibilities:- Conducting comprehensive system architecture reviews and analyses of existing digital solutions and processes, focusing on identifying inefficiencies and potential areas for technological enhancement.- Collaborating closely with key stakeholders to define and align strategic improvement objectives. This involves leveraging digital solutions to optimize business performance.- Designing and implementing innovative digital solutions and architectures to streamline workflows. - Leading the development and maintenance of detailed system documentation, including architectural designs, operational procedures, and training materials. Ensuring that all digital solutions are well-documented and align with industry best practices and regulatory standards.- Facilitating ongoing training and development initiatives to ensure that staff are proficient in new systems and technologies, thereby enhancing overall operational efficiency and safety in air navigation services.

Responsibilities:- Supervision of the company’s accounting, financial, and reporting functions.- Supporting the director of Human Resources and Finance Division.- Ensuring that the regulatory requirements (esp. charging and performance schemes for air navigation services) are met regarding all the company’s financial affairs.- Enhancing customer value for both internal and external customers using system engineering, cost engineering and performance management system.

Responsibilities:- Supporting corporate development, esp. strategic management process, business plan development, performance management and communication within the company.- International co-ordination that includes gathering information from various sources, analysing and distributing it to support decision-making, primarily at strategic level.

Assisting clients in identifying and applying for funding opportunities, including those funded by the EU Structural Funds. I work closely with clients to develop strong grant proposals that effectively communicate their research or innovation objectives and potential impact, while also meeting the requirements and guidelines of the funding body.
