Responsible for the design and contect of the annual reports and company corporate web site. In 2012 initiated the launch of the internal employees magazine. Worked closely with MND PR team on organizing events for local municipalities as well key business partners. In 2012 organized the global meeting for oil and gas professional at IHS.

Manage the development of unique features for each store fullfiling the brands mission. Facilitation of the communication between the marketing team, designers and architects. Stores opened: Praha Flóra and Budějovická, Kolín and Kladno.

At the position of the Marketing Manager, was responsible in building a new marketing team focusing primarily on communicating the re-launch of the SME weekly PROFIT, generating new subscribers base, focusing on increasing the renewal rate, modifying ways of distribution in order to support effective sale through highly performing points-of-sale only. Worked closely with the Business Development team in creating and organizing special events for SMEs to spread knowledge about EU Funds and EU legislation across the country. The series lasted four years and was attended by more than 5000 entrepreneurs.
