I am experienced in IT, beginning as a SW designer/engineer and moving up into project management, department lead, company executive and business related positions. The main experience is coming from providing product development outsourcing services in business partnership and long-term cooperation model. I was responsible for businesses development and projects in the area of mission and life-critical systems and technology transfers for new customer products. Including customers from Europe (Holland, Germany, Austria, Great Britain) and USA. Domain sectors were coming from areas like producers of medical devices (Medtronic, Vitatron), telecommunication systems for airports, railways and navy (Frequentis), automotive (Teradyne) and others, including Czech located partners. I am focused in organization of partner programs in applied research under EU projects and Czech industrial projects funded by EU and Czech agencies. This involvement includes cooperation with Czech Universities and their research teams. Mainly with Czech Technical University in Prague and also with University of West Bohemia in Pilsen.My experience covers participation in start-up or spin-off companies utilizing technology transfer from research to product and to the market. Mainly in the area of artificial intelligence, image processing, cyber security and informatics.I was involved in preparation and consultancy of national grants, funded by the Czech Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport and Ministry of Agriculture in the area of technology transfer activities and application oriented research.
