Part of my daily routine is making decisions and taking on responsibility. Having said that, people are always first. I love enabling and supporting my teams, counting more than 1,500 people. Being result- and people-oriented at the same time feels naturally and absolutely crucial to me.Starting the story of my live in Slovakia, my professional journey has focused on analytics and data warehousing very early. My today´s favorite field – technology and digital transformation – a logical consequence.🌐2014, when I made the decision to start working in another country, I did not know that it will change my life – private and professional – so much and for good. But it did and paid off. Having the chance to work in different countries with colleagues from all around Europe and with different local companies exposed me to vast variety of challenges, cultures, characters and experiences. This made me flexible to be ready to change and adjust. However, also to persist when I know it is necessary.Work experience at different stations – like SAS, CapGemini or latest UniCredit– taught me how to handle sales in times of financial crisis and limited IT budget as well as ways and methods for IT optimization and cost savings. Technology in a broad scope and artificial intelligence accompany my daily path. This naturally led me later to join Solvd Group, where I bring together my experience with my focus topic Artificial Intelligence and ambitious renowned experts in the field of modern technology. Here I grow with a wide variety of topics and areas to learn and manage. As board member I was used to hold more positions at once – so it is more than obvious for me to share my knowledge with colleagues and partners every day to further grow together and to make continuous progress. 💪🏼Last but not least: I love people I am working with. They give me energy and inspiration to strive for more, to be part of something bigger and meaningful. Besides that, it is my pleasure to give them more space for growth, opportunities and better conditions – especially women in tech.
