Supported the Onboarding Operations team by managing an inbox using an application - ServiceNow, by answering requests and inquiries from new full time joiners and internal employees. In addition our team received and processed new full time hires into the system using SuccessFactors, and coordinated inquires in order to resolve provisioning and access issues. Generated weekly reports utilizing SuccessFactors, Excel, and our internal database in order to validate New Hire information, job data, and emails. Lastly acted as Project Manager by managing the process 2021 September campus cycle by managing and communicating all the campus tasks to proper team, identifying and communicating deadlines, and provided support to answer questions from new campus joiners and all stakeholders.

As a Career Assistant in the Co-op Office, my position is to support the team by presenting Co-op material, working with students individually, and emailing students directly with feedback.In my position, I work with other Co-op Career Assistants to hold Resume Labs for students that are in the Co-op program by presenting resume tips, as well as working individually with all the students to assistant them for their Co-op search. In addition, I work walk-in hours to help facilitate students that may need addition support or help. Lastly, we provide conducting resume reviews for students by email to ensure the documents are at a high level standard for their job search.
