As Practice Leader IBM Cognos I'm responsible for the successful implementation of (Financial) Performance Management projects at customer sites in the Benelux area.I head the consultancy team, make sure that best practices are used and act as a lead consultant for specific projects. As Consultancy Team Leader I'm responsible for designing and implementing (Financial) Performance Management solutions with IBM Cognos TM1 / Cognos Express.Furthermore I'm responsible for pre-sales to support the sales team with successfully convincing the prospect to choose our organization as a partner to deliver the software licenses and to implement the project. Which in practice means positioning, presenting, demonstrating the solution and discussing the business case with the prospect.Finally I'm responsible for pre-sales for the predictive analytics solution KXEN.

The key areas I was responsible for were: Market Research and Database Marketing.Within Market Reseach I was responsible for conducting, analyzing and presenting customer satisfaction and brand awareness surveys.Within Database Marketing I was responsible for activities like selecting prospects for marketing campaigns, maintaining the marketing database, enriching the marketing database with data from external suppliers, maintaining relationships with external suppliers, etc.Furthermore I had some other responsibilities, including functional administration the crm system, developing and maintaining the ready-for-service-areas sales tool.

I was responsible for developing and maintaining the reporting functionality of the CRM system developed by Amyyon. Furthermore I was responsible for developing customized reports at customer sites. Principal reporting tool used: Crystal Reports

I was responsible for the development of a statistical model to measure the effectiveness of agreements on drug prescriptions by groups of phamacists.
