Collaborating with a fantastic team, we aimed to enhance brand awareness, ensure all vacancies were filled, and streamline the selection process. My responsibilities included monitoring and managing recruitment platforms, providing various forms of support throughout the recruitment process, and creating data analyses in Power BI to assess the performance of our recruitment strategy.
