Reporting to Sony Professional Solutions Europe Service platform Head, this role consists in 2 main activities: • Digital Cinema Business and Service Manager: I ensured that remaining Digital Cinema business and service operations are followed up and delivered to the promise of our customers support contracts• Managing Strategic Suppliers to Sony PSE under exclusive resale agreement. I am supporting the management escalation process from project delivery to aftersales support

Product portfolio includes professional displays, projectors, and video security solutions targeting solutions for different vertical markets such as corporate, automotive, transport, education, digital cinema, etc...Reporting to the Marketing Head, mission are to: - Contribute to the business objectives of Corporate, Education & Theater business unit (CET) in Europe by proactively supporting the sales and marketing team for advanced technical activity to product and project support, bid management, demonstrations, trainings, customer events, etc…The coverage area is Europe. - Develop and implement technical direction and business guidance to the CET Pre-Sales team. Proactively develops and maintains a team of high performing Pre-sales Engineers and continually seeks innovative methods for improving team performance and profitability. - Closely work with Service platform to ensure seamless operation on Bid management, Delivery and After Sales for Solutions and Products.

Dealing with videosurveillance systems as project manager and sales & marketing pre sales support for France and Southern Europe. Acting for France, Iberia, Italy, Greece, Israel and Turkey.

In charge of Bid and Project management for Videoconference, Videosurveillance and Healthcare Multimedia Surgery rooms in France.

Sony France Sales & marketing pre-sales support in charge of Videosurveillance & videoconference product ranges.

Field support engineer in charge of CRT, Plasma and LCD professional Monitors, CRT and LCD Professional projectors, Videoconference, Analog and IP videosurveillance cameras and recorders, Printers, BetacamSP, SX, DVCAM camcorders and handled cameras. Also in charge of 2 x Accredited Service Centers in France. Field & Project Management support for 2x Large Screen Jumbotron installations.

I was maintenance engineer on ATMs and Card payment systems. The role consisted in hotline remote support of customers, repairs of defective units in the company workshop and field interventions in banks and shops to install and setup new devices or maintain defective units as part of the support contract service agreement. During this period, I also participated into writing procedures as part of the ISO9001 certification program planned by the company.
