About Luc Schroe

In the beginning of my career I was employed as an ICT analyst. However, my interest lay more in the business, which I switched to from my new job at CERA Bank. In that bank I was employed in a policy function in the credit department. After about 5 years I moved to the term account department where I was responsible for the management and product creation of savings certificates, term accounts and certificates. I then became head of the department developing and distributing insurance products within CERA Bank. After the merger of CERA Bank, ABB Insurance and Kredietbank into the bancassurance company KBC, I became head of the life insurance department within KBC Insurance. Subsequently, as national coordinator for insurance, I managed the life insurance advisors. In recent years, my interest has mainly been in product creation and product management. I am also responsible for the remuneration of the insurance agents and bank branches, for selling life insurances.
