BU is a group of projects for a certain type of products /customers or technologies which is defined differently from company to company. My actual job is to coordinate the quality team ( each quality function from each process) which are involved in the BU for which i'm responsible regarding all quality matters.

-Plans and coordinate Advanced Project Quality Planning / PPAP activities in the Plant.-Analyse customer and project specific documentation, specifications, norms, standards, technical drawings, DFMEA, design intention, etc.. and follow up their implementation -Support internal activities during new projects introductions (trials, lessons learned, validations, … )-Is the main communication interface for customer complains resolution process, being responsible to issue & follow up… Show more -Plans and coordinate Advanced Project Quality Planning / PPAP activities in the Plant.-Analyse customer and project specific documentation, specifications, norms, standards, technical drawings, DFMEA, design intention, etc.. and follow up their implementation -Support internal activities during new projects introductions (trials, lessons learned, validations, … )-Is the main communication interface for customer complains resolution process, being responsible to issue & follow up all requested activities and documents related to customer complaints and fulfil the actions in GQRS portal.-Claim management, Rigorous investigation of the claim in order to provide accurate data 8D, 5 why, FTA , investigation report preparation-Responsible to analyze all new claims for noise issues for all available projects in the plant-Track and follow-up GQRS reactivity time and open claims status for all claims related to noise issues besides all the other claims for the project in charge -Be the “One Face to the Customer” for Plant Quality tasks and issues related to noise towards BUSC and Customer ( CO, warranty, ). -Participate to Project meetings and grant support to Customer meetings for manufacturing quality related activities to report on the plant quality planning, corrective actions status, in case of any issues existing internally or externally…-Participate to DFMEA and PFMEA review and ensure Plant Lessons Learned are considered and appropriate countermeasures identified. Support to establish SC/CC and required capability studies.-Responsible when required to participates at internal audit activities – system / process / product/ line-When required, to sustain and complete all Process QE and Customer QE activities.-Responsible to provide training and support in accommodating new YCT Customer Quality Engineers, providing technical support and Lessons Learnt presenting to ensure easy integration and a complete takeover of duties for new colleagues. - Feed the production line using kanaban and ERP system- Understand and use FIFO method for all material transactions - Unload and load the trucks which bring or have to deliver materials or finish goods- Check/prepare transport documents- Perform the receiving of parts in system and also physically - Prepare finish goods to be delivered- Check and count the material stock to be accurate (stock accuracy )

- Responsible with the opening and closing off the unit activities each day - Responsible for checking/validating all transactions ( cash in/out , cash for cash etc) at the cash desk - Check closely all live games for which the bet is going over the usual range - Responsible to decide , to clear any doubts and solve any game issue ( roulette , poker 5 card , poker 3 card , stud poker , poker with AA+ bonus , Black jack and Poker Texas Hold'em)
