Lean Manager - Head of Bosch Production System (BPS) dept.:Coordinator of value stream development through the implementation of the Bosch Production System (BPS) for the 4 plants of Freud S.p.A.Main achievements:1. “Best improving plant” award 2015 (out of 25 plants of Powertools division).2. Production throughput time reduced by 48% (1/1/201530/09/2016).Main fields of action: Leveling improvement and roll-out to different production lines, pull system application for production control, TPM introduction, quick change over (SMED) introduction, standardize work for operators and logistics (milkrun).Responsible for organization and moderation of periodic kaizen workshops.Bosch certified trainer for following training: “Lean basic”, “Leading a BPS plant for engineers and managers” and “Value Stream Leadership – for managers and directors” (international trainer experience).Bosch certified assessor for lean implementation maturity assessment of manufacturing plants (led assessment in different countries all over the world).From January 2016, additionally to previous tasks, worked as consultant in other Bosch plants with the task of supporting management team increasing maturity level of lean implementation.

Stock (Finish goods + WIP + Row material) reduced by 41% (1/1/201231/12/2013) 2. Best levelling implementation within Bosch Powertools division (25 plants)Main tasks for the planning area: responsible of a team with the following jobs/targets: Supplier management and planning (2000 row material SKUs, 150 international suppliers), demand planning (3000 finish good SKUs), capacity planning, manufacturing planning and control, production resources scheduling (8million pcs, 70million€ yearly output).Main tasks for warehousing area: responsible of a team with the following jobs/targets: Transportation management, warehousing, shipping and receiving, front office.Direct responsibility on service level, stock level, indirect productivity for logistics operations.Main Improvements achieved: Implementation of pull leveling as a production planning tool, development of a brand new logistic team, implementation of standardize work for shipping and receiving, introduction of ship-to-line sourcing process with key raw material suppliers.
